in the Max tutoring services, we require certain personal
information from you. This Statement explains the purposes
and use of your personal information.

for registration will be requested. The collection and use
of personal information is authorized by federal Privacy
Act. In some cases, information may be disclosed without
your consent for purposes not outlined in this Statement
pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Privacy Act.

Student Registration Forms:
These forms are used to enable customers to request information
about our services and/or sign up for our services.

Employment: Information
from any forms for tutors or potential tutors are used
to gather information related to tutoring opportunities
with our company. The personal information collected for
this purpose will be retained for 6 months.
Without your permission
or unless in good faith we believe in good faith the law
requires it, we will not disclose your information to any
third parties. However, if Max tutoring services merges
with another company or is acquired by another company,
then we may transfer that information to the new company.

This web site occasionally
uses "session cookies" to track how our visitors
use this site. These cookies reside on the Web browser and
have no expiry date. They expire as soon as the visitor
closes the Web browser. The cookies we use do not allow
us to identify individuals. They are compiled into statistical

none of the information you enter to that point will be
